I get a "Class Not Registered" or "Class Not Licensed For Use" error when I attempt to save to a Microsoft Access database. What's wrong?
Microsoft is no longer including the Microsoft Jet 4.0 components as part of the MDAC. They must be installed separately. You will need to download and install the latest Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack before you can export to an Access database.
Choose the appropriate download for your operating system:
Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 for Windows XP
Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 for Windows 2000
Jet 4.0 Service Pack 8 for Windows 95/98/NT 4.0
