Why does Ged2Csv crash when I try to import my gedcom file?

Ged2Csv handles most gedcom files very well, but sometimes it will choke on certain character sets. When you export your gedcom file from your genealogy program, make sure that you select the ASCII character set. Occassionally the ANSEL or UTF-8 character sets will cause Ged2Csv to crash.
