The 2.0 branch is officially out of beta testing, and the stable version 2.0.0 is available for immediate download! This release contains lots of little fixes, most of which are changes to the various language translations. In addition, we have a new Norwegian language translation as I mentioned previously in this blog.

There is one major change from the previous beta’s that you should know about. All PDF reports have been removed because the FPDF library that is used to generate the PDF’s is not compatible with the new Unicode language back-end. This has caused some problems and after discussing it with several people in the community I made the decision to pull the PDF report feature from Retrospect-GDS until a suitable replacement library can be found.
